Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Alfreda Scroggins-Rice. I am the owner/ Licensed cosmetologist of Blessed Strands Boutique. I specialize in Silk press, styles, wave nouveau, natural hair care. I continue to educate myself in the industry on and off line so that I can stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles. I am consistently educating myself on how to be a great asset to my clientele.

Policy & Procedures

A deposit of $50 will be applied to hold your time slot and that fee will be applied to your services.
All deposits, cancellation, and late fess are non-refundable.
Any appointments that start before or after business hours will be charged an additional $50 fee.
You have a 15 minute grace period anything after the 15 minute your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged Full price.
An additional fee or deposit may be charged for rescheduling on the same day.
Reminder our space is limited and we want to respect our other guest.
Please speak up at the time of your appointment if you are not satisfied with any part of your service. I will be honored to adjust and no refund will be given.
All styles come with shampoo and conditioner unless you ask for a deep conditioner.
If you said that you already shampooed your hair it will get shampooed again there is no exceptions.

NO-SHOW / LATE C ANELLATION POLICY

There is a strict no show and late policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service
If there is a no-show you will be charged 100% of the service.
If this happens more than 2 times you will be required to pay your service in full before any services are rendered.
If this continue to be a problem you will no longer be allowed to receive any services from our company.
A no call no show 2 times or violate any of the policy you will be permanently blocked and banned.
You will be granted a 15 minute grace period anything after 15 minutes you will be charged a no-show fee and possibly a same day service. It is up to the stylist if you can reschedule for the same day.

Prices are estimates and determine upon consultation, condition, thickness, and damage of hair. The prices are based on standard amount of product used.
